The field of Law confirms the historic five-year Master's Degree Course, a course of study that offers a broad and in-depth legal education, aimed at understanding the fundamental principles of law and acquiring technical and interpretative skills in the main areas of application.
The five-year period is structured in such a way as to guarantee solid and coherent preparation, based on the systematic study of normative sources, jurisprudence and doctrine, with a progressive refinement of critical and argumentative skills.
The training system is designed to combine theoretical rigor with attention to the regulatory, social and technological transformations in progress, promoting the acquisition of useful tools to face the challenges of contemporary law. Alongside traditional disciplines, there is space for courses dedicated to European and international law, sports law and sustainability law.
The course prepares for access to regulated legal professions – judiciary, lawyers, notaries – and provides a solid basis for operating, with high-responsibility legal roles, within public administrations, regulatory bodies, businesses, non-governmental organizations and supranational bodies.
The School of Specialization for Legal Professions is established and activated within this area .
