Erasmus+ Mobility for PTA, Librarian and CEL

Who is it for?

Personnel belonging to the following categories in service at the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria may participate:

• Technical-administrative, library and CEL staff hired on a permanent basis;
• Technical-administrative, library and CEL staff hired on a fixed-term basis (with a contract active at the time of application and for the entire duration of the mobility);

What does it involve?

• A training / job shadowing activity that must last a minimum of 2 consecutive days and must be consistent with the functions performed within the structure where the service is provided.
• A mobility contribution consisting of:
  • a contribution for individual support differentiated by host country;
  • a travel contribution differentiated by distance bands.

Where?

You will need to choose the training location, which can be:

• a Higher Education Institution : the host organisation can be any public or private institution (not holding an ECHE) established in a Programme Country or a Partner Country and active in the field of education, training, youth, research and innovation.
  In any case, the host Higher Education Institution must have signed an Erasmus+ bilateral agreement with the Università degli Studi Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria before the mobility period begins
• any public or private organisation active in the labour market or in education, training and youth.

Interested personnel may submit only one application. 

In the presence of multiple applications, the first one received will be taken into account. 

To participate in the tender, the employee must: 

1. draw up Annex A - APPLICATION FORM FOR THE SELECTION NOTICE FOR STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS for technical-administrative-library staff and CEL to be completed by 31 July 2025, duly completed and signed, indicating the destination city and the start and end dates of the mobility, which may subsequently vary only by a few days (max 15 days); 
2. attach the “Mobility Agreement” signed by the candidate; 
3. submit the application form (Annex A), complete with all required attachments, and send it in a single .pdf file, via the protocol to the General Directorate in RPA. The subject must include the following wording: “CALL FOR SELECTION FOR STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS for the PTA-librarian and CEL academic year 2024/2025”. 

Applications can be submitted by 11.59pm on 10 April 2025 . 

Questions submitted in other ways are not accepted. 

Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training Call for Technical, Administrative and Library Staff and CEL

Technical and administrative staff from other foreign universities are welcome at our university.

Interested parties should send their mobility proposal to [email protected] , including the area of ​​interest and the period in the program.

The office will contact the UniRC staff receiving the request and forward the proposal.

The interested offices will prepare a training/updating/exchange of best practices program with the interested party.
