Research

The Department is a central structure in the academic organization of the University, dedicated to the management and development of one or more scientific research sectors characterized by homogeneity of objectives or methods. In addition to promoting and coordinating research, it is responsible for planning and managing teaching and training activities connected to these areas, ensuring an integration between knowledge and teaching. Furthermore, it plays an active role in external relations, developing collaborations and initiatives linked or complementary to the scientific, educational and training objectives of the University.
