The Educational Offer of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria for the academic year 2025-2026 is provided in 5 Departments and is divided into 10 macro disciplinary areas :

- Agriculture

- Human Sciences

- Biological Sciences for the Environment.

 

For the 2025-2026 academic year, 28 Study Courses will be active , divided into:

14 three-year degree courses,

11 Two-year Master's Degree Courses

3 five-year single-cycle Master's Degree courses .

In addition to these courses of study, at the post-graduate level there is the School of Specialization for Legal Professions, as well as Masters and Research Doctorates .

In addition to these, there are training courses and advanced training, leisure activities, off-site activities, and experiences in the national and international territory.

AGRICULTURE

The Agriculture area offers 3 three-year degree courses and 3 two-year master's degrees , which cover the three main production chains: agriculture, forestry-environmental and food.

ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

The Architecture and Design areas offer the following courses of study: 1 five-year degree , 1 three-year degree and 1 two-year master's degree:

- the historic five-year course in Architecture, with national access planning .

- the three-year degree course in “Design” offers 3 curricula: “Product design”, “Communication design”, “Indoor/outdoor design”.

- the two-year Master's Degree in "Design for Mediterranean Cultures. Product|Space|Communication" .

 

ECONOMICS AND JURISPRUDENCE

The field of Economics confirms 2 courses of study, of which 1 three-year degree in “Economic Sciences” , with 2 curricula (Economics - Business | Economics - Law), and 1 two-year master's degree in Economics with 2 curricula (Economics and Business Law | Behavioural and environmental economics).

 

The Law field confirms the five-year master's degree course of the same name .

 

ENGINEERING

The Engineering field is divided into 9 study courses , of which 5 are three-year degree courses and 4 are two-year master's degree courses .

NURSING SCIENCES

The Nursing Sciences field confirms an inter-university course of study with the University of Catanzaro “Magna Graecia” as its administrative headquarters: the three-year degree course in “Nursing”, qualifying for the healthcare profession of nurse , with national access planning and headquarters of teaching activities at the University of Reggio Calabria Mediterranea.

 

The reference teaching structure at the University of Reggio Calabria for the Degree Course in Nursing is the Diies Department.

SPORTS SCIENCES

In the field of Sports Sciences, the three-year degree course in “Motor Sciences and Sports Law” is consolidated .

HUMAN SCIENCES

The Human Sciences area offers 3 courses of study , represented by

- Five-year Master's Degree in "Primary Education Sciences" , with national access planning

- Three-year degree course in “Educational and training sciences” , with 2 curricula (“Educator for early childhood”, “Socio-pedagogical educator”).

LEVEL II COURSE - BIENNALE

- Master's Degree in "Pedagogical planning and management of educational services for minors" .

 

BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

The three-year degree course inBiological Sciences for the Environment ”, an inter-university course with the University of Catanzaro “Magna Graecia” as its administrative headquarters, is a first level of university studies that aims to guarantee a basic preparation relating to the main disciplines characterising the life and environmental sciences, aimed at the acquisition of methodologies inherent to the various fields of scientific investigation, including the plant and forestry sectors, necessary for the professional training of the junior biologist.
