Purpose

The University Library System is the coordinated set of library and documentation structures of the University and the resources intended for their operation, aimed at providing integration and support services for teaching and research.

The Library System aims to ensure:

  • the best use, development, updating, protection, conservation and valorization of the University's bibliographic and documentary heritage;
  • the processing, access and dissemination of bibliographic information, with regard to both locally held and remote resources.
