The Rector of the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria, Giuseppe Zimbalatti, was unanimously elected President of the Calabria Regional University Coordination Committee (CORUC), with the full consensus of the Rectors of the Calabrian universities, student representatives, and the Calabria Region.
On February 16th, the University will participate by turning off the lights in the Rector's Office from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, a symbolic gesture aimed at drawing attention to the importance of responsible behavior and our shared commitment to protecting the environment.
Great participation for the historical study of Napoleon Bonaparte's first Italian Campaign, the theme of the first meeting held on Monday 9 February in the Atelier of the University.
On Tuesday, February 3rd, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Quaroni Hall, a training day will be held for the entire University community.
Dr. Andrea Fuda will lead the University's highest student body for the next two years.
During the same session, Gianluca Mazzitelli was elected Vice President.
In the presence of the Mayor of the Municipality of Reggio Calabria, Dr. Domenico Battaglia, and the Rector of the Università Mediterranea , Prof. Giuseppe Zimbalatti, the delivery of additional land destined for the University's Agricultural Company was formalized.
