The AGRARIA area offers 6 study courses , 3 three-year degree courses and 3 two-year master's degree courses , which cover the three main production chains: agriculture, forestry, environment and food. 

The three-year degree courses aim to train professionals capable of managing and innovating activities in the fields of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies , Forestry and Environmental Sciences, Food and Gastronomic Sciences and Technologies , with particular attention to sustainability, productivity and quality. 

The two-year Master's Degree Courses complete the educational offer in this area, training professionals capable of addressing contemporary environmental, production and food challenges, with a solid scientific basis and an approach oriented towards innovation and sustainability, through the courses in Mediterranean Agricultural Production Sciences , Food Product Quality and Safety Sciences and Sustainable Management of Forest and Mountain Territory.
