Organizational announcements for December 4, 2025, on the occasion of the University Open Day.

Suspension of teaching and study activities

To allow the OPEN DAY to take place smoothly, all teaching and study activities will be suspended for all University areas  for the entire day of Thursday 4 December 2025  ( 7:30 am - 7:00 pm ).

 

Suspension of service and counter activities

On the same day, service and counter activities for the offices located on the ground floor of Lot "D" will be suspended. The affected staff will operate using smart working methods .

 

Parking ban provision

To ensure proper management of the flow and outflow of participants, parking is prohibited  on Thursday, December 4, 2025,  as follows:

  • From 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m .: Parking is prohibited for cars in both areas adjacent to the main entrance . Only scooters may park in the student parking lot.

All staff, faculty, and students are invited to use the alternative parking areas located on Viale della Libertà  and in the area adjacent to the University soccer field .
