Notice of summer closure for DiGiES teaching secretariats

Students, graduates, and all users are informed that the DiGiES Department's Academic Secretariats will be closed for the summer break from Monday, August 3, to Friday, August 28, 2026, inclusive.

Activities will resume regularly on Monday, August 31, 2026 .

During the closure period, reception services to the public and the processing of ordinary requests will not be guaranteed.

For urgent needs, users are invited to send their communications to the email addresses of the respective teaching secretariats: requests will be processed when activities resume .
