Student Office Informs | Notice regarding the deadlines for completing the ESSE3 online application for the graduation session of October 7, 2026 (academic year 2025/2026)
We hereby inform you that for the graduation session of 07 October 2026, academic year 2025/2026,
The online application to obtain the qualification must be submitted on the ESSE3 platform from August 26 to September 19, 2026.
ATTENTION: Those who have submitted the Thesis application 4/6 months in advance must ensure that the Supervisor has APPROVED it, otherwise it will be impossible to view the tab for entering the " DEGREE APPLICATION " on Esse3 for access to the chosen Degree Session.
From 16 September to 30 September 2026 INSERTION OF THE FINAL THESIS FILE,
follow the procedure:
“Thesis completion” in the “ Title achievement noticeboard ” which allows you to
insert the final thesis file, in PDF/A format
IMPORTANT : Only upload the final file approved by your supervisor.
Once uploaded, your supervisor must approve or reject the file.
Only those with approved thesis will be admitted to the graduation session .

The thesis file and a summary, in Italian and English, both in PDF format; (Article 8 of the Bachelor's Degree Thesis Regulations and Article 6 of the Master's Degree Thesis Regulations). The same summaries must also be included within the thesis;

The thesis file in PDF/A format, authorization to consult the thesis deposited in the library and a copy of the thesis title page signed by the supervisor and the graduate.
- Material to be delivered during the graduation session (Seminar Room):
ONE PAPER copy of the thesis and ONE copy on CD in PDF format, with adhesive cover page , in a transparent plastic envelope, signed by the Supervisor / Co-Supervisor and the graduate.
