Workshop Building the 5G/6G Ecosystem: Intelligent Networks and Vertical Innovation
As part of the training and dissemination activities of the PNRR RESTART project, the DIIES will host the workshop " Building the 5G/6G Ecosystem: Intelligent Networks and Vertical Innovation " on February 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Pietropaolo Hall (formerly the Council Hall).
The workshop will focus on the latest developments in 5G networks and the prospects for 6G, with a focus on network orchestration and automation, artificial intelligence and MLOps methodology, convergence between terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks, and vertical applications in the automotive, transportation, and energy sectors.
The event will feature experts from Nextworks Srl , who will present research results and case studies developed within national and European projects.
The workshop is aimed at students, PhD students, researchers, and professionals interested in next-generation networking technologies and their applications.
