Designing the Future - Inarcassa Meets the Territories
On Thursday, November 12, 2026, the " Designing the Future" event will be held in the "A. Quistelli" Aula Magna of the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria, promoted by Inarcassa, the National Social Security and Welfare Fund for freelance engineers and architects.
The aim of the meeting is to integrate a pension culture into the training of architects and engineers from the earliest stages, enabling tomorrow's professionals to make informed choices and look to the future with autonomy and confidence , recognizing pension provision as a "tool for design freedom."
During the event, the President of Inarcassa, Massimo Garbari, will present a discussion on pension planning. Ample space will also be dedicated to professional life stories from professionals who have chosen to pursue freelance work, who will share their experiences. Finally, there will be plenty of opportunities for discussion and debate with the audience.
The day will be divided into two distinct sessions :
- Dialogue with the Institutions, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., participation is reserved for institutional stakeholders invited by the Cassa.
- The value of pension provision, from 3.30pm to 6.30pm, open to students, professionals and professionals

Accreditation was requested from the CNI for the afternoon event .
For participation in the Seminar, 3 CFP will be required for members of the Register of Engineers and 3 CFP for members of the Register of Architects PPC (through self-certification to be entered on the CNAPPC platform).
