Generation4Universities Program - 2026 Edition

Generation4Universities is an initiative promoted by the Generation Italy Foundation and McKinsey & Company, aimed at talented young university students whose career development potential is limited by external factors other than their own abilities. The initiative aims to help them realize their value and launch a career that offers an opportunity for professional and personal growth.

The program, which is completely free , is aimed at undergraduates and recent graduates. The following can enroll:

• Students of Italian universities enrolled in the final year of a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Literature, Philosophy, Languages, Law, Political Science, and Psychology who are currently studying and have a weighted average of no less than 28/30.
• Graduates and master's degree holders from Italian universities in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Literature, Philosophy, Languages, Law, Political Science, and Psychology, who obtained their degree in the current academic year and with a grade of at least 103.
