Mentors4u, Mentee Application Round
From February 24th to April 14th 2026, university students can submit their applications to become Mentees of Mentors4u, the free and independent Mentoring program of the NOVA ETS Foundation.
Mentors4u offers motivated and deserving university students (Mentees) who wish to work in the fields of Finance, Consulting, Business, Entrepreneurship/Start-ups and non-profits the opportunity to unleash their talent, express their potential and develop new skills through:
- one-to-one mentoring, i.e. pairing with a mentor (a successful professional working in the economic field) based on expressed preferences;
- events, courses, workshops and in-depth and training opportunities, created in collaboration with M4U Partners ( McKinsey & Company, Nova, AIFI and others ) and the companies from which the Mentor Community comes (for example: Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, CITI, Danone, Nestlé, Google, Amazon, BofA, Gruppo Coin, Innogest, Campari, BNP Paribas, Unicredit, UBS, Autogrill) ;
- networking with members of the M4U Community made up not only of Mentees and Mentors but also Senior Mentors, leaders of excellence in their industries;
- access to the private area of the website www.mentors4u.com which allows you to view available job opportunities on Wall/Job Posting and consult the Knowledge Center, including over 300 useful guides and articles;
- visibility at Partner Companies;
- Inspirational content and testimonials periodically published in the quarterly Magazine and Blog.
Submitting your application will allow you to:
- immediate and perpetual access to the Knowledge Center via www.mentors4u.com ;
- Free use of the CV template, provided during the application phase, which reflects international professional best practices.
The outcome of the selection (whether successful or unsuccessful) will be communicated via email on June 10, 2026.
