Merit Income - Excellence Incentive for Deserving Students 2026/2027: Mediterranean University Announcement Published UNIVERSITY
The University of Reggio Calabria has published the Notice for the awarding of the Merit Income for the 2026/2027 academic year, a program dedicated to students who excel in their academic achievement and aimed at recognizing commitment, talent, and academic consistency.
The Merit Income – Excellence Incentive for Deserving Students is an initiative promoted by the Calabria Region to recognize academic merit and support students who choose to undertake or continue their university studies at Calabrian universities.
The initiative represents an important support tool aimed at promoting university access and supporting the most deserving students on their educational journey.
In addition to the monthly financial contribution, the Merit Income includes participation in training, orientation, and skills development programs promoted by Calabrian universities, fostering connections between universities, the world of work, and the regional production system. This opportunity aims not only to reward achievement, but also to strengthen students' professional profiles and guide them toward a successful entry into the job market.
Students who meet the merit and admission requirements set out in the Notice may apply.
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the Right to Education Services Portal from 9 July to 30 September 2026 .
