Reopening of admissions for TFA X Cycle for nursery school - primary school - second grade

All candidates participating in the selection for admission to the 10th cycle of the specialization course in support, EXCLUSIVELY , for the Nursery , Primary and Secondary School levels , are informed that, with DR n. 376 of 14/10/2025, the reopening of enrollments has been authorized for those who:

  1. have been admitted to the TFA X cycle course following the selection process but have not proceeded with enrolment within the deadline;
  2. have been found suitable for the 10th cycle at other universities but not in a useful position; 
  3. are supernumerary from previous cycles at the University of Reggio Calabria or at other universities but have not submitted an application or completed enrolment for the 10th cycle within the deadline.

As of today, the available places are as follows:

CHILDHOOD n. 25

PRIMARY SCHOOL no. 14

HIGHSCHOOL n. 52

Places may be increased if other students already enrolled withdraw or suspend their enrollment.

The order of preference and the criteria for drawing up any rankings, in the event that the requests exceed the number of available places, are as follows:

  1. eligible candidates admitted to the 10th cycle in the respective ranking who have not completed enrolment within the deadline – the order of preference within this category is determined by the position in the original ranking ;
  2. excess students from previous cycles at the University of Reggio Calabria or other universities who submitted their application within the deadline but did not complete their enrollment – ​​the order of preference within this category is determined on the basis of younger age;
  3. surplus students from previous cycles at the University of Reggio Calabria or other universities who did not submit their application within the deadline by 08/07/2025 – the order of preference within this category is determined on the basis of younger age;

  4. eligible for the 10th cycle at other universities but not in a suitable position, for whom a ranking will be drawn up based on a final score resulting from the sum of:

    a) grades out of thirtieths obtained in the written and oral tests at the University where they took the entrance exams;

    b) score assigned to the assessable cultural and professional qualifications that candidates will declare during the application phase as stated in the qualifications evaluation form, according to the criteria set out in DR no. 237 of 06/30/2025;

    In the event of a tie, the candidate with the greatest seniority in teaching support at the school level for which they are applying will prevail. In the event of a further tie, or in the case of candidates who have not completed the aforementioned service, the younger candidate will prevail.
