252nd anniversary of the founding of the Guardia di Finanza

On the occasion of the 252nd anniversary of the Guardia di Finanza, the Rector and the Academic Community express their gratitude for the daily commitment of the men and women of the Corps, a bulwark of legality and service to the country. The University renews its support for the Guardia di Finanza, sharing its values ​​of integrity, merit, and the common good.

This year marks the 252nd anniversary of the founding of the Guardia di Finanza, which dates back to 1774, with the establishment, in the Kingdom of Sardinia, of the Light Troops Legion, a specialty which was entrusted, in addition to the defense of the borders, with the so-called " supervision of the customs cordon ".
