Boston Consulting Group's Horizon@BCG - 2027 Edition

Horizon@BCG is a free social impact initiative by Boston Consulting Group, created to expand access to personal and professional development opportunities for talented young people from underrepresented backgrounds. The program is open to undergraduates and recent graduates within 12 months of graduation, from any educational background, with a particular focus on students from underrepresented groups and with an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) of €28,000 or less.

The program is dedicated to talented young people about to enter the workforce . Students enrolled in the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree program (within a year of graduation) and recent graduates within the last year are eligible to apply.

Selected participants will have access to a four-month program that combines training, individual mentorship with BCG professionals, career guidance, and opportunities for discussion and networking . The first edition involved 40 participants from across Italy , who participated in 15 training sessions, an individual mentorship program, and two in-person events at BCG's Milan offices.
