As provided for in the announcement, Art. 4, last paragraph: "All candidates are admitted to the exam with reservations. This Administration may at any time exclude from the examination procedure any candidates who do not meet the admission requirements set out in this announcement, following confirmation from the competent University where the candidate obtained the entrance qualification. In the event of false or misleading declarations, without prejudice to the criminal sanctions set out in art. 76 of Presidential Decree no. 445/2000, the candidate will forfeit the right to participate in the state exam, and the fees and contributions paid will not be refunded."
