INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Constitutional Court – University Academic Year 2026-2027

The 2026/2027 Constitutional Court Internship Program is open to candidates with a five-year law degree or equivalent, enrolled in a postgraduate program (PhD, Specialization School, Master's degree, University scholarship/research grant) in the legal field. The program aims to deepen their understanding of constitutional law and constitutional justice and to gain direct and concrete knowledge of the Constitutional Court's work, particularly that conducted in the Offices of the Constitutional Judges and/or the Research Service.
Interested parties must submit a duly completed and signed application form no later than March 9, 2026 , along with the following documents:
- curriculum vitae;
- certificates, or declarations in lieu of the same, of the courses of study with the grades of the exams taken and the final grade achieved;
- certificates, or declarations in lieu of the same, attesting to the professional and scientific qualifications held, with particular regard to those relating to issues specific to constitutional law and constitutional justice;
- copy of certificates attesting to language proficiency.
The completed application form and the above-mentioned attachments must be included, in the above-mentioned order, in a single .pdf file.
The completed application form must also be submitted in .doc format (without the need for electronic signature).
