SLAM, Intesa Sanpaolo's International Graduate Program - Third Edition

SLAM is an exclusive program, dedicated to excellent  recent graduates, from any academic background .

Selected participants will be hired on a permanent contract and will embark on a 24-month career path that combines professional development and a strong international perspective.

 The program offers:

  • Permanent employment contract from the start;
  • A structured 24-month path  within the company 
  • Job Rotation: the possibility of carrying out up to three cross-functional job rotations in strategic areas of the Group;
  • Excellent training: a training program developed in partnership with one of the most prestigious international business schools;
  • International exposure: the opportunity to work in multicultural contexts and on cross-border projects.

The selection process is divided into  several steps , will take place remotely through digital channels and will conclude with an  in-person Contest Day  on May 18th in Milan . 

The placement of selected candidates is expected to begin approximately in July 2026. 

Applications are open until March 17, 2026. 

 The requirements to apply for the position are as follows:

• Master's Degree (or Bachelor's Degree plus a postgraduate qualification) in any discipline obtained no earlier than January 2024

• High level final grade;

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2 according to the CEFR)

• Availability starting from the end of the first half of 2026
