The Soroptimist Club of Reggio Calabria is promoting the "Women Driving Progress" advanced training course with SDA Bocconi.

The Job Placement and CUG - Single Guarantee Committee for equal opportunities, the enhancement of worker well-being and the fight against discrimination of the Università Mediterranea - announce the 2026 call for proposals " Women Driving Progress ", an intensive three-day training course aimed at young graduates and promoted by Soroptimist International d'Italia in collaboration with the SDA Bocconi School of Management of Bocconi University.
The program, completely free for selected participants, will be held at SDA Bocconi in Milan over three training days, divided into two cycles, from May 20th to 22nd and June 17th to 19th 2026, with the aim of offering a training experience aimed at fostering female empowerment and supporting the internalization of an authentic, responsible and generous leadership model.
The course is aimed at young women, aged 28 or under (candidates must not have turned 29 by March 31, 2026), with a specialist or master's degree, good knowledge of English, and registered residence or place of study or work in the territorial areas in which Soroptimist International Clubs of Italy operate, and at a national level limited to e-Clubs.
To participate in the selection process, candidates must complete the application form attached and available on the website www.soroptimist.it, in the Calls section, and submit it by March 31, 2026, to the Soroptimist Club office in the area corresponding to the candidate's registered residence, place of study, or place of work, or to the following email address: [email protected] .
