Graduation Sessions

The graduation sessions for the courses included in the dAeD will be divided into four sessions as follows:

Fall session:  October 20-24, 2025

Winter session: December 9-12, 2025

Extraordinary session:  from 9 to 13 March 2026

Summer session: July 6–17, 2026

Instructions for booking the final exam and submitting your thesis

Students who intend to participate in the final or graduation exam session, as provided for by the new Regulations for the conduct of graduation exams approved in the meeting of the Department Council of AeD on 16 July 2025, must send the thesis assignment request, using the form available at  https://www.unirc.it/ateneo/dipartimenti/dipartimento-di-architettura-e-design-daed/il-dipartimento/modulistica , to the Department Protocol Office [email protected] , at least three months before  the start date of the graduation exam session in which they are interested, and which is indicated in the calendar of teaching activities ( https://www.unirc.it/ateneo/dipartimenti/dipartimento-di-architettura-e-design-daed/studiare-al-daed/calendario-accademico ).

NB: The thesis assignment request must be submitted online on the Esse3 platform according to the information available at the link below:

https://www.unirc.it/studiare/carriera-dello-studente/accettazione-tesi-di-laurea . 

The Protocol Office will forward the registered application to the Department's Teaching Office. The Protocol Office will forward the registered application to the Department's Teaching Office, which will be examined at the first available meeting of the Degree Course Council.

The application for graduation must be made on the ESSE3 platform  unirc.esse3.cineca.it , one month before the graduation exam session, while the thesis, in PDF/A format, signed by the supervisor, must always be uploaded to the ESSE3 platform within 7 days before the first available graduation date.

Students are advised that the thesis must be sent simultaneously via a file transfer service (WeTransfer, Smash, etc.) to the following addresses:  [email protected]  and  [email protected]

To authorize its consultation, graduates must also complete the thesis consultation authorization form.

To pay the final fee and complete other ESSE3 procedures, please contact the student secretariat at  [email protected] .

Candidates who choose not to attend the graduation session are also advised to complete the withdrawal form using the form provided by the department, which is available below.
