Admission Instructions for the March 2026 Graduation Session - DICEAM
Below are the main deadlines for admission to the bachelor's and master's degree exams in the March 2026 session.
1. By February 17, 2026 : submit your thesis assignment request following the instructions at the link: https://www.unirc.it/studiare/carriera-dello-studente/accettazione-tesi-di-laurea
2. By February 18, 2026 : Complete the end-of-course questionnaire provided by the Alma Laurea consortium: https://www.almalaurea.it/servizi-per-chi-studia-e-si-laurea/questionario-fine-corso
3. By February 18, 2026 : Submit your application for admission to the degree exam by accessing your Esse3 Reserved Area - Degree - Obtaining a Degree. The system will then automatically generate the €48.00 fee, visible in the FEES section.
4. By March 3, 2026 : upload the final thesis file in PDF/A format digitally signed by your supervisor by accessing your Esse3 Reserved Area - Degree - Achievement of Title.
A paper copy of the thesis must be presented to the Commission on the day of the graduation session.
