Student Office Informs | Notice regarding the deadlines for completing the ESSE3 online application for the graduation session of March 11, 2026 (extraordinary session for the 2024/2025 academic year).
We hereby inform you that for the graduation session of March 11, 2026, extraordinary session academic year 2024/2025,
The online application for graduation can be submitted on the ESSE3 platform from January 30th to February 19th 2026, once all exams have been completed, by the 21st day after the graduation session, i.e. by November 28th, the deadline for submitting the graduation application.
This deadline cannot be extended, given the checks required to download candidates' degree reports, which allow for admission to the degree session and the determination of the starting grade.
From 19 February to 1 March 2026 INSERTION OF THE FINAL THESIS FILE, on the ESSE3 platform, carry out the procedure:
“Completamento tesi” present in the “Bacheca conseguimento titolo” which allows you to
insert the final thesis file, in PDF/A format
IMPORTANT : Only upload the final file approved by your supervisor.
Once uploaded, your supervisor must approve or reject the file.
Only those with approved thesis will be admitted to the graduation session .

The thesis file and a summary, in Italian and English, both in PDF format; (Article 8 of the Bachelor's Degree Thesis Regulations and Article 6 of the Master's Degree Thesis Regulations). The same summaries must also be included within the thesis;

The thesis file in PDF/A format, "Autorizzazione alla consultazione tesi" deposited in the library and a copy of the thesis title page signed by the supervisor and the graduate.
- Materials to be submitted during the graduation session (FS NESCI Seminar Room):
ONE PAPER copy of the thesis and ONE copy on CD in PDF format, with adhesive cover page , in a transparent plastic envelope, signed by the Supervisor / Co-Supervisor and the graduate.
