L22R Training and Learning Internship in Sports Sciences and Sports Law - information and link to the forms
Please note that the documents required for the Training and Learning Internship for the L22R Degree Course in Motor Sciences and Sports Law have been published on the DiGiES Internships and Stages page.
Students are advised to read the forms carefully before using them .
In summary, the curricular training internship (100 hours) can be activated by following one of the two methods described below.
MODALITY 1 – Internship at an already affiliated institution
Students can complete their internship at one of the organizations that have already signed agreements with the Department. The updated list of these organizations can be found in the L22R Affiliated Organizations List file .
Procedure:
- Contact the chosen institution directly to check their availability to host the intern.
- Once you have obtained the availability, complete the following forms in every section – both in the student's and the organization's sections:
- Form 1 – SMDS Internship Application (completed by the student);
- Mod. 2 – SMDS Training Project (100 hours) (completed in collaboration with the host organization).
- Send the completed and signed forms to the following email address: [email protected]
- The project must be submitted for evaluation by the relevant Commission of the course of study and, if approved, will be sent to the Protocol Office.
MODALITY 2 – Agreement with a new body
If the student intends to carry out the internship at an organization that has not yet entered into an agreement with the Department, it is necessary to first activate a new agreement.
Procedure:
- Have the L22R Internship Agreement FORM – Motor Sciences and Sports Law filled out and signed by the owner or Legal Representative of the interested organization .
- Please send the completed form to [email protected]. The document will be evaluated by the appropriate Commission and, if approved, will then be sent to the Department Director for signature and registered by the relevant offices.
Once the new institution is included in the L22R Affiliated Institutions List file , which will be updated periodically, the student will be able to proceed with completing and subsequently sending the documents indicated in Method 1.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE INTERNSHIP
At the end of the internship, the student must send the following forms to the same email address:
- Form 3 – Attendance Diary (SMDS) for Internship – attendance register filled out during the internship;
- Form 4 – SMDS Internship Report – descriptive report of the activities carried out.
RECOGNITION OF PREVIOUS ACTIVITIES (VALIDATION)
Students who have already completed work, volunteer work, or civil service activities relevant to the course's educational objectives may request recognition of these experiences as internships.
To this end, you must complete and submit the form:
- Form 5 – Validation of External Internship SMDS
