On May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Professor Damiano Canale, Professor of Philosophy of Law at Bocconi University in Milan, will give a lecture as part of the PhD program in Law and Economics in Room 1 of Palazzo Zani (DiGiES). The topic, "Imagination in Legal Research: Counterfactual Reasoning, Possible Worlds, and Thought Experiments," is particularly interesting for legal scholars and others. It will explore innovation in legal practice.
After greetings from the Director of DiGiES and the Doctoral Coordinator, the lecture will follow, followed by a broad discussion during which the topic can be discussed with those present.
