The "Retaining Young Talent to Strengthen the Economic and Social Future" Award was presented by the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Reggio Calabria.

The Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Reggio Calabria, chaired by President Nicola Cuzzocrea, are pleased to announce the 2nd Edition of the "Retaining Young Talent to Strengthen the Economic and Social Future" Award . 

The prize, worth €1,500 , is intended for graduates of the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria who have obtained a three-year degree between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025 , with a grade of no less than 108/110 .

The award recognizes theses that stand out for their original and significant contributions to economics, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Participation is open exclusively to current graduates, and applications must be received no later than June 19, 2026 , at the following address: Confindustria Reggio Calabria, Via del Torrione, 96 - 89125 Reggio Calabria.

The winning thesis will be presented at a public event to be held by July 31, 2026 , at the headquarters of Confindustria Reggio Calabria.
