Teaching Information | Notice for MARCH GRADUATES, the extraordinary session of the previous academic year.
Exam booking for March graduates , to take exams in January/February with the previous academic year:
Since the Extraordinary Degree session falls in the previous academic year, as an extension,
To take exams starting from January until February , the graduate must send a request to the Teaching Office,
[email protected] , indicating in the subject " March Graduating Student Reservation ":
1) student ID number , surname and name ;
2) teacher and discipline;
3) the date of the appeal to be booked .
Please submit your request well in advance , 1 month or at most 5 days before the exam , excluding holidays (no Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).
In this way, the " Reserved for March Graduates " appeal will be created and individual applicants will be reserved.
THIS APPLIES EVEN IF THE GRADUATE HAS ENROLLED IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR, AS THE GRADUATION DATE FALLS IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR AS AN EXTENSION.
