The Department of Agriculture at the Università Mediterranea di. Reggio Calabria is organizing a seminar dedicated to adaptability in academic and professional careers. The event, titled "Resilience and Managing the Unexpected," will be held on Thursday, April 9th ​​at 3:00 PM  in the "FS Nesci" Hall  (Feo di Vito).

The meeting, curated by speaker Michelangelo Marino , aims to provide students with practical tools to face daily challenges through:

  • Conscious management of the unexpected;
  • The development of cognitive flexibility;
  • The search for real sustainability, understood as a balance between performance and personal well-being.

Participants are invited to reflect on a critical episode or unexpected event they encountered during their university career, then share and analyze it during the discussion. This is a valuable opportunity to prepare for the challenges of the professional world with a newfound awareness.
