Merit Income for capable and deserving students of the Mediterranea
The notice for accessing the Merit Income for the 2026-2027 academic year has been published.
The Merit Income – Incentive to Excellence for Deserving Students – is an initiative promoted and funded by the Calabria Region in collaboration with Calabrian Universities with the aim of:
a) promote and reward excellence in university studies;
b) promote access, permanence and regular completion of university courses by deserving students;
c) promote a culture of merit and quality of university education;
d) support the permanence of young talents in the regional training and production system;
e) strengthen the connection between higher education, innovation, the regional economic system and employment opportunities;
f) improve the quality of regional human capital through integrated financial support, training, and guidance interventions.

Applications for participation must be completed, under penalty of exclusion, on the DSUUnirc Right to Education online services portal starting from Thursday 9 July 2026 until 12:00 on 30 September 2026 .
