The Università Mediterranea continues to grow and invest in the quality of its education

With an ongoing commitment to educational and scientific innovation, the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria is strengthening its faculty with new hires. 

Nine new Associate Professors join the academic community:

      • Valerio Ferro Allodola

      • Carmelo Maria Musarella

      • Riccardo Maria Pulselli

      • Maria Sammarro

      • Francesca Schepis

      • Claudia Triolo

Adding to these important appointments is that of Professor Filomena Mazzeo, a surgeon, who assumes the role of Full Professor in the field of Motor and Sports Sciences.

A profile of high scientific and professional standing that consolidates the growth of the University of Reggio Calabria, reopening, after more than twenty years, also in the medical field. 

" This will strengthen an ecosystem of skills that will be able to support the initiative launched by our University,"  declared Rector Giuseppe Zimbalatti , "aimed at expanding and enhancing the educational offering in this area with new courses designed to meet the emerging needs of society and generate a real impact on the quality of life ."
