Vito Capialbi State High School at Mediterranea: Vibo students discover the Department of Agriculture
The Vito Capialbi State High School of Vibo Valentia stopped by the Department of Agriculture at the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria for a day dedicated to orientation and the future of the new generations.
Students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Department's excellent educational offerings, exploring study paths designed to meet the global challenges of sustainability and agri-food innovation:
- Agricultural, Forestry, and Environmental Sciences: for those who want to care for and protect our environment.
- Food and Gastronomic Sciences and Technologies: a journey through food quality, safety, and culture.
- What's New - Biotechnology for Sustainability: the new degree program that combines science and respect for the environment to train tomorrow's professionals.
In addition to teaching, the students discovered the numerous services offered by the Department, including modern laboratories, Erasmus+ mobility programs, and a robust tutoring and guidance system to guide them step by step into the university world.
An intense day that confirms the importance of the link between schools and universities, opening new career opportunities in key sectors for the development of Calabria and beyond.
