Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Training for Technical, Administrative, Library and CEL Staff

Who is it for?

Personnel belonging to the following categories employed at the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria are eligible to participate:

• Technical-administrative, library and CEL staff hired on a permanent basis;
• Technical-administrative, library, and CEL staff hired on a fixed-term basis (with a contract active at the time of application and for the entire duration of the mobility);

What does it involve?

• A training/job shadowing activity that must last at least 2 consecutive days and must be consistent with the functions performed within the structure where the service is provided.
• A mobility contribution consisting of:
  • a contribution for individual support differentiated by host country;
  • a travel allowance differentiated by distance bracket.

Where?

You will need to choose the training location, which can be:

• A Higher Education Institution : The host organization can be any public or private institution (not holding an ECHE) based in a Program Country or a Partner Country and active in the fields of education, training, youth, research, and innovation.
  In any case, the host higher education institution must have signed an Erasmus+ bilateral agreement with the University of Mediterranean Studies of Reggio Calabria before the mobility period begins.
• any public or private organization active in the labor market or in education, training and youth.

These opportunities are aimed at various categories of personnel and also offer group training. Interested parties should apply directly according to the methods and deadlines indicated by the organizers.

Interested personnel may submit only one application. 

In the event of multiple applications, the first one received will be taken into consideration. 

To participate in the tender, the employee must: 

1. draw up Annex A - APPLICATION FORM FOR THE SELECTION NOTICE FOR STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS for technical, administrative, library and CEL staff to be completed by 31 July 2025, duly completed and signed, indicating the destination city and the start and end dates of the mobility, which may subsequently vary only by a few days (max 15 days); 
2. attach the “Mobility Agreement” signed by the candidate; 
3. Submit the application form (Annex A), complete with all required attachments, and send it in a single .pdf file via the protocol to the General Directorate in RPA. The subject line must include the following wording: "CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS for the PTA-librarian and CEL (Centre for the 2024/2025 academic year)." 

Applications can be submitted by 11.59pm on 10 April 2025 . 

Questions submitted in any other way will not be accepted.
