Primary Education Sciences Degree Course - Applications for career shortening: Booking and scheduling meetings to resolve issues with uploading exams to Esse3
Students of the Single-Cycle Master's Degree in Primary Education Sciences who, during the career shortening procedure on Esse3, were unable to correctly complete the uploading of the courses taken in previous university careers , are invited to send an email to the address:
from Monday, October 19 (10:00 a.m.) to Friday, October 23, 2026 (2:00 p.m.)
indicating:
- Surname and Name;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- Registration number (if already assigned).
In the same email, students must also indicate the day and time slot chosen to participate in the face-to-face support meetings organised by the Teaching Secretariat according to the following:

The meetings will take place in Lot D of the DiGiES - Multimedia Room , on the following days:
Tuesday, November 3, 2026
- from 10:00 to 12:00
- from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Thursday, November 5 , 2026
- from 10:00 to 12:00
- from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
NB
- Please note that the Degree Course Teaching Regulations, in Annex 2 - Provisions on Validation, Article 8, state that exams taken in teaching qualification courses for other school levels and/or specialization courses for support or in 24-credit credit courses are not validatable .
- Please note that any emails received on days other than those indicated will not be taken into consideration .
- Students are required to show up on the day and time slot indicated in their email. Failure to show up without prior notification will prevent further assistance from being provided, and the student will lose the opportunity to correct their application for a degree reduction under this procedure.
- Any further meetings will be scheduled later, taking into account the number of requests received and the organizational needs of the Degree Course .
