CONFERENCE | Promoting Psychological Well-Being in the Student Community: Mind, Body, and Social Relationships
Psychological well-being is a fundamental component of overall health, especially in education and university settings. The complex challenges young adults face require an integrated and sensitive approach, capable of integrating mind, body, relationships, and identity. With this in mind, the PRO-BENE-COMUNE (PROmotion of the WELL-BEING of the UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY) project has launched a program aimed at combating and preventing various forms of distress within the student community, strengthening emotional and relational skills, and promoting the creation of safe, inclusive, and well-being-focused environments.
THE CONFERENCE AIMS TO :
• Enhance the experiences gained within the PRO-BENE-COMUNE project.
• Share good practices for promoting psychological well-being.
• Stimulate interdisciplinary dialogue between mental health experts and the university community.
