Exam Calendar
Classroom assignments and confirmed exam schedules can be consulted using University Planner , a web application that allows you to view the schedule of activities in University spaces.
NB: Please note that exam registrations close three days before the exam date and that completing the evaluation questionnaire is mandatory before booking the exam. In the event of technical problems, you can send an email to [email protected] within the deadlines indicated above , attaching a screenshot of both the error message from the Esse3 platform and the completed evaluation questionnaire.
Below is the exam schedule for the next extraordinary session in November for the 2025-2026 academic year for each degree program.
Please note that, in accordance with the Teaching Calendar and the Degree Programme Regulations, this session is reserved for students who have not completed their course of study.
In exceptional circumstances, the following may be admitted to take the exams, upon submission of a specific application:
- graduating students in the next December degree session for the 2025/2026 academic year;
- students who, for reasons exclusively related to the scholarship, must complete the number of credits required by the relevant announcement.
The duly justified request must be addressed to the Department Director, the Course Coordinator, and the dAeD Academic Office and must be received by 12:00 noon on October 29th.
The Academic Office will, in consultation with the Student Affairs Office, carry out the necessary administrative checks.
