LEVEL I COURSE FOR OLIVE OIL TASTERS

From the consolidated synergy between the Department of Agriculture of the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria, the Prim'Olio Saperi e Sapori di Calabria Association, and ARSAC, a new training program of excellence is born.

The initiative, part of the Department's Third Mission activities, aims to spread the culture of olive oil quality through theoretical and practical tasting sessions, combining scientific rigor and technical expertise.
