45 places in discounted accommodation will be allocated. Applications may be submitted from August 5, 2025, until 2:00 PM on September 30, 2025.

The University will be closed to the public from August 4 to 22, 2025. The Protocol and Info Point services will be active from August 4 to 8 and from August 18 to 22, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

From August 11th to 14th, all University facilities will be closed.
