Plan:

The name ReFACT refers to the redevelopment of abandoned industrial areas, such as disused factories. The international workshop aims to teach urban regeneration strategies through architecture and design, promoting sustainable practices for development based on tangible and intangible heritage.

Activities include:

  • Online seminars to present the subjects taught and the objectives of the BIP;
  • A week-long international workshop focused on real-world case studies, including field visits, knowledge transfer on tangible and intangible heritage, and co-design of solutions and development strategies;
  • Online meetings to summarize the findings and finalize the BIP outcomes.
