How to apply for Erasmus+ Study Incoming at the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria – I REGGIO01

The Erasmus Office of the student's home university must send applications to the email addresses  [email protected]  and  [email protected],  attaching the completed Nomination Form available.

The deadlines to remember are as follows:

First semester or full academic year : June 20th for nominations to be sent by the Erasmus office of origin; June 30th for applications to be sent by nominated candidates;

Second Semester: Nominations must be submitted by the Erasmus office of origin by November 20th ; nominated candidates must submit their applications by November 30th .

In case of nomination by your Erasmus+ office to undertake incoming study mobility at the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria:

How to proceed: 

1. Consult the Course Catalog ;
2. Download, complete and sign the Application form and send it by email to  [email protected]   and  [email protected]   (with all the required attached documents);
3. Register for the Esse3 online services of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria by following the steps in the Tutorial ;
4. Get support from your University Erasmus+ office to prepare a Learning Agreement in paper format or online (OLA – online learning agreement) using EWP (Erasmus Without Paper platform);
5. The Learning Agreement must be signed by the student and the Erasmus Coordinator of their university. Only subsequently will it be reviewed by the Erasmus+ Coordinator of the UNIRC department where the study mobility will take place.

Please note:

Students with citizenship from non-EU countries (non-EU citizens), in addition to the above, must access the Universitaly portal and proceed with pre-registration. It is recommended that under "Application Type" they select " I wish to undertake a study/internship mobility period (e.g., Erasmus)" and enter:

1. the passport photo;
2. passport;
3. transcript of career records;
4. learning agreement.

The International Mobility Office will verify the submitted documentation, validate it, and forward the pre-enrollment application to the Embassy. This procedure will be required to obtain a VISA. For further information on VISAs, you can also visit the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs website .

How to apply for an Erasmus+ traineeship at the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria – I REGGIO01

How to proceed:

1. Contact the Erasmus+ Coordinator of the Department at the Università degli Studi Mediterranea where you wish to undertake your mobility and agree on the type of activity. 2. Register for the Esse3 online services of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria by following the steps in the Tutorial ;
