The documentation is submitted in the following ways:

  • To request  an internship , the student must personally deliver the final documentation (with all original signatures) to the Internship Office;
  • To submit the final report,  the student must personally deliver the definitive documentation (with all original signatures) to the Internship Office and also send it by email (pdf) to the Internship Commission ( [email protected] ).

Together with the final report, the student must submit the  company evaluation form  for the internship to the Internship Office, in a sealed envelope bearing the Host Organization's stamp and signature on the flaps.
