Academic Calendar

The academic calendar outlines the Department's activities and deadlines, both academic and non-academic. It includes holiday periods and highlights important events and periods for students, faculty, and university staff. For example, it lists class periods, exam sessions, and graduation sessions.

Lessons

The courses are divided into two semesters, as follows:

• first semester :  from Monday 22 September 2025 to Friday 12 December 2025;
• second semester : from Monday 23 February 2026 to Thursday 2 April 2026 and from Monday 13 April 2026 to Friday 29 May 2026.

Extraordinary sessions are reserved for students who meet one of the following requirements:

• Students enrolled in three-year degree courses with a debt of no more than 30 credits, excluding the final exam and other training activities (art. 5, paragraph d of Ministerial Decree 270/2004)
• Students enrolled in master's degree courses with no more than 24 credits in arrears, excluding the final exam and other training activities (Article 5, paragraph d of Ministerial Decree 270/2004)
• Students returning from mobility programs abroad (e.g. Erasmus) - the April exam session is to be considered an extension of the exam sessions scheduled from December 15, 2025 to February 20, 2026.
• students enrolled in the 2025/26 academic year in the third year of undergraduate degree courses and in the second year of graduate degree courses (only for the November 2026 session);
• students enrolled, at least, in the first year of the 2024/25 academic year (third year of the 2025 academic year for the three-year degree and second year of the 2025 academic year for the master's degree)
• students enrolled part-time
