Late Enrollment
Late enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year (starting December 21, 2025)
For enrollments or renewals completed between September 30, 2025, and December 20, 2025, the online procedure on the ESSE3 portal is available . A €100.00 late fee will apply. The automated enrollment procedure will close on December 20, 2025.
Subsequently, enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year can be completed by requesting the late enrollment form (available in the web section of each Department's student office) and sending it via certified email to [email protected] or [email protected] . A late enrollment fee of €250.00 applies.
Late registrations are permitted until May 29, 2026. After that date, they will only be accepted with the express authorization of the Rector.
Late enrollment for academic year 25/26
Failure to enroll for the 24/25 academic year (art. 3.3.2 of the Study Manifesto)
Students enrolling in the 2025/2026 academic year but not enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year are required to pay the Annual Comprehensive Fee (COA) for that year, according to the 2025 Manifesto and the 2025 ISEE Certificate, in addition to the late enrollment fee of €250.00. In this case, the online enrollment procedure is not available; instead, a request must be submitted using the Late Enrollment form , also available among the forms available in the relevant student administration office.
