Information for graduates
Computerized procedures for booking graduation sessions
Students who intend to register for the graduation session must:
- Log in to Esse3 and register for your graduation session no later than 30 days before the scheduled date. After you register for your graduation session, the system automatically generates the €48.00 fee, which will be visible in the accounting section of your reserved area.
- Access the Almalaurea website , register, fill out the questionnaire and attach the receipt of the aforementioned questionnaire to your Esse3 computerized career path .
- Seven days before the graduation date, attach the PDF file of your thesis, signed by both the student and the supervisor, to your Esse3 computerized career path .
NB: Please remember that the student must submit the Thesis Assignment, signed by the supervisor, within the deadlines established in the Academic Regulations of his/her degree course.
