Rector
Elected from among the full-time professors for a six-year term, he is the legal representative of the University. He convenes the Academic Senate and the Board of Directors, coordinating their activities. He ensures compliance with the provisions of the national university system, the University statute, and regulations. He prepares the basic guidelines for the University's multi-year development plan and annual program.

It determines the University's cultural policy, exercising planning and guidance tasks, and coordinating teaching and research activities. It ensures respect for the University's principles of autonomy, the teaching and research freedom of individual faculty members, and student rights.

General Director
is the head of the University's administrative structure and is responsible for the overall administrative, organizational, and accounting management of the University. It operates in accordance with the strategic guidelines established by the University's governing bodies (Academic Senate and Board of Directors) and supports the Rector in planning and implementing operational activities.

Pro-Rectors
The Rector appoints by decree the Deputy Pro-Rector, chosen from among the tenured full professors, who replaces him in all his duties in cases of incapacity or absence. The delegated Pro-Rectors assist the Rector in managing University policies in specific areas.

Internal Evaluation Board
The University adopts an internal evaluation system for administrative management, teaching and research activities, and support measures for the right to education. This system verifies, including through comparative cost and performance analyses, the proper use of public resources, the productivity of research and teaching, as well as the impartiality and proper functioning of administrative action. Evaluation functions are carried out by the University Evaluation Committee.

Board of Auditors
It is the central internal control body for the regularity of the University's administrative and accounting management, including its management centers.
Student Council
It is the autonomous body for student representation, organization, and coordination. It coordinates student representation activities in other central governing bodies and in the University's departmental bodies.
