Master
Article 34 of the University Teaching Regulations governs the activation, at one or more Departments, of advanced scientific and continuing higher education courses, following the completion of a bachelor's or master's degree. Upon completion of these courses, a Master's degree is awarded.
Master's degrees can be either first- or second-level. To access a first-level Master's degree, a bachelor's degree is required; to access a second-level Master's degree, a Master's degree is required.
The minimum duration of a Master's degree is one year.
The Master's degree program is designed to meet the educational needs of the world of work and professions. To this end, the Teaching Regulations are designed to be flexible and adapt periodically to changing labor market conditions. To
earn a Master's degree, students must earn at least 60 credits in addition to those already earned for a bachelor's or master's degree.
Master's programs are established and approved by the Academic Senate and the Board of Directors, following a resolution by the Departmental bodies.
