The Right to University Education (DSU) promotes the opportunity to pursue studies at the highest levels, even for those with limited financial resources. All the measures adopted are intended to cover the costs of the program and are awarded based on financial resources and certain merit requirements.

Every year, the Mediterranean University publishes a specific competition to assign different types of benefits to students enrolled at the Università Mediterranea , the Academy of Fine Arts , the “F. Cilea” Conservatory of Music , and the School for Linguistic Mediators :

Scholarships
Supplementary contributions to scholarships (Degree awards)
Housing services (accommodation)
Contributions for international mobility
Housing contributions
Contributions for transport
Agreement with catering service

To qualify for scholarships and other services provided in the call, the family unit must meet the following economic conditions, certified by the ISEEU and ISPEEU before the application deadline:

Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEEU) maximum limit 28,339.88 euros
Equivalent Asset Situation Indicator (ISPEU) maximum limit 61,608.48 euros

The application can be submitted from 6 July 2026, until the specific deadlines set , on the DSU Unirc online platform .
