Late Enrollment
For enrollment or renewal of enrollment completed between October 1, 2026, and December 21, 2026, the online procedure is active in the reserved area of the ESSE3 student portal . A late enrollment fee of €100.00 will be charged.
For enrollment or renewals between December 22, 2026, and February 28, 2027, the online procedure is available in the reserved area of the ESSE3 student portal . A late registration fee of €250.00 will apply.
From March 1st to May 31st 2027, enrollment can only be completed using the Late Enrollment form (available in the web section of each Department's student secretariat ) to be sent via certified email to [email protected] or to [email protected] . A late enrollment fee of €250.00 is applicable.
After this date, only applications previously authorized by the Rector will be accepted, subject to the application of a late registration fee of €250.00.
For enrollment or renewals completed between September 30, 2025, and December 20, 2025, the online procedure is available on the ESSE3 portal , with a €100.00 late fee. The automated enrollment procedure will close on December 20, 2025.
Subsequently, enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year can be completed by requesting the late enrollment form (available in the web section of each Department's student office) and sending it via certified email to [email protected] or [email protected] . A late enrollment fee of €250.00 applies.
Late registrations are permitted until May 29, 2026. After that date, they will only be accepted with the express authorization of the Rector.
Students enrolling in the 2026/2027 academic year but not enrolled in the 2025/2026 academic year are required to pay the Annual Comprehensive Fee (COA) for that year, according to the 2026-2027 Manifesto and the 2026 ISEE Certificate, in addition to the late enrollment fee of €250.00. In this case, the online enrollment procedure is not available; instead, a request must be submitted using the Late Enrollment form , also available among the forms available in the relevant student administration office.
