Accident risk insurance

All students regularly enrolled in the University's courses of study enjoy an insurance guarantee against the risk of accidents.

How to report an accident

In the event of an accident, all documentation (including health certification) accompanied by a note containing the narrative of the facts must be sent promptly to the email address [email protected] ; and/or by certified email to the address [email protected]

Third Party Liability Insurance (RCT/RCO)

The University is insured for third party civil liability (RCT/RCO) .

This insurance policy covers accidental damages caused involuntarily to third parties, for death, personal injury and damage to property, which occur in relation to the activity carried out. The guarantee is also valid for malicious acts committed by persons for whom the University must respond pursuant to art. 2049 of the Civil Code, including students.

How to report an accident

The accident report must be sent promptly to the email address [email protected] ; and/or by certified email to the address [email protected]

The documentation to be sent must contain a copy of any request for compensation for damages caused (with the exact indication of the date, place and causes of the accident), an indication of the consequences suffered by the injured party, the name and address of the latter and of any witnesses to the incident.
